We are currently have two new positions available within our team, see below;



Are you an experienced Property Accounts Assistant or have you worked in accounts payable/bookkeeping/accounts assistant or a similar role for a property company or estate agency?

If so, then we’d love to hear from you as we are looking to expand our team at Range Homes to ensure the efficient running of the finance side of the company.

  Property Accounts Assistant duties:

*             Daily and monthly bank reconciliation (Jupix software experience desired but not essential)
*             Dealing with intercompany transactions and reconciliation
*             Maintaining purchase ledgers including: batching, coding and inputting invoices.
*             Preparing quarterly VAT returns and VAT submission online
*             Maintaining Company’s account filing
*             Assisting financial controller in various duties
*             Accurate payments to landlords and contractors invoices
*             Logging incoming rental payments
*             Paying landlords
*             Chasing outstanding rents
*             Applying ad hoc fees to system for renewal fees
*             Deposit scheme

Property Accounts Assistant profile:

Strong systems experience including Excel
Keen with a ‘can do’ attitude
Enjoys responsibility
Organised and methodical
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Professionally presented

Due to business growth we require an experienced property management administrator to support our busy, successful lettings team.

Experience of dealing with residential property management is essential and duties include:

  • responding to maintenance problems
  • managing contractors
  • communicating with landlords, tenants, contractors
  • undertaking periodic property inspections
